hello! yes, you are right that the market is behaving differently this year. many possible reasons - there are many supply in the market, tenants tend to look around then decide. secondly, lesser tenants are looking from carousell or facebook as it is spoilt by scammers, tenants are searching for rooms in other more reliable platforms. i have propertyguru to help landlords advertise as most of the consumers use this platform.
