Hi i rented a 2+1 hdb and after 6 months the landlord has passed away and the daughter of the landlord asked the hdb to let the tennant to stay in the house till the end of the contract but hdb rejected the request and asked me to leave the house by 30th of June. In this case what will happen to my commision i paid to the agent for the whole year? and also do I have to stay in the house till the 30th of June or can I leave anytime I find another house and still get my deposit from the landlord since they are the ones who terminating the contract??please advise.
