Is it possible for the Landlord to take legal actions against me, when the Tendency Agreement is not signed (The copy I recieved). I still have about 5 months before my lease term is up, but I am giving up the office and moving out. The landlord wanted me to pay for the rental for the balanced 5 months, or legal actions will be taken. Pls advice.
