2) However you have to understand this is considered as an open-buying to the agents.
3) Thus what the agents will do is push all available units to you without thinking much about your needs. Because speed is more important than considering your needs.
4) You will have to do all the necessary filtering yourself.
5) Under such circumstances, these agents will try to sell you anything on the market. Any units you are viewing are considered the best choice for you.
6) They will try to hard sell so that they could earn their commission rather to think about what is best for you.
7) You will be expected to view the same unit twice or even 3-times if you have more than 2 agents.
8) You have to know why you need an agent to assist in your buying. Is this you just need someone to do the leg work and settle the paperwork or you are looking for someone to take care of your interest in the process?
