Hello.
We are expats and we currently moved into a condo. It's been nearly 2 months now.
As per TA agreement, there is a clause for 1 month warranty defects. However, the agent/landlord will not repair the defects despite being under the warranty period. They would not answer our calls, let alone answer our messages. They would only answer when they have something to tell us, such as when the new curtains will be arriving (we had no curtains till now). When asked about our defects, no answer again. When we call, they would msg back saying they are unwell.
How can we handle this situation? The agency is not a big firm, just a husband and wife company. There are v serious problems such as the kitchen drainage chocking/flooding which were pre-existing conditions prior to move in. How can we get them to fix? Moreover, they would not disclose the landlord's contacts. Even the TA is under the agency's address.
