Can I & my ex-husband appoint a different agent to sell the house at different asking pricing without my agent (if I engage one myself) asking my ex-husband about the pricing to market? I’m divorced and my ex-husband insists on a ridiculous high price which has a highly believes he want to delay the process.

Is there a court order in place on the pricing to sell? You may need to consult your lawyer on what your options are in this situation as both yourself and your ex husband need to sign on the documents in order to effect a sale.

    To sell a property is not only about pricing, am unsure the reason why your ex husband is pricing it at $750k or why do you think that he wants to delay the process. Not too sure if both of you are in talking terms too, if possible perhaps can find out more and also express your views on this to see if you can come to a better scenario. If you are unable to speak to your ex husband, perhaps you can try speaking to his appointed agent instead. I am quite certain that the agent would like to sell fast as well in order not to spend more on advertising.

    yes, there is a court order to parties not to sell less than 650k for first 6 months but my ex wants it price at 750k. Can I engage agent to price it at around 670k without my agent asking my ex because i know he will give my agent (if there's one) a hard time?
