Hi,

1) I assume you're referring to an HDB OTP.
2) You are not allowed to submit 2 resale applications at the same time.
3) However, you are not restricted to offer for more than 1 OTP at any one time.
4) You are also able to apply for valuation for both units. It is only that you have to offer a deposit for both OTP.
5) Let said you offer the maximum amount of deposit for both units which are $1,000 for each. You have to prepare to lose $1,000 in the process.
6) Because if you back out from the offer, the sellers have all the right to forfeit your $1,000 deposit.

Hi,

If you're referring to private properties, yes, you may enter into as many OTPs as you like. Just take note that you will incur ABSD for your second and subsequent properties.

If you're referring to HDB flats, yes, you can too. However, you can only request for Valuation for one of the flats at any one time. This means that the other flat that you OTP, you're not able to exercise it if you're taking up a loan or using CPF funds.

I am experienced and well-versed in both HDB and private transactions. I will be able to assist you in your property plans. Please get in touch with me for a more in-depth discussion.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  . I will be happy to assess and share with you the possibilities for you in the current market.

Thank you.

Best regards,
Robbie Chen
