Hi, I am DIY HDB buyer. I signed my OTP on 11 July. The seller asked me extention of 45 days. When should I submit my OTP online to HDB?

Afternoon,

You should check with your seller if he's talking about 45 days to submission, after exercising or 45 days extension, after HDB completion.
It make a big difference.

Recently my client bought a condo while 'holding' on to a HDB flat. She need the 'funds' and hence, has to sell the HDB unit. The S&P process needs careful and confident planning. Call us if you need an opinion.
