Can i trust this agent ?

He asking me 1 month deposit and agent fee. unit i will get on 1st feb.
What should i check before and what is your advise.

Hi,..get the proof of ownersip,..make sure receipt to be given with ic number written down.double confirm on the ic. comission is one month for 1 to 2 years lease + 7%gst. half month for less than one year + 7%gst.
