Hi,
1) You have to be clear on how the HDB define the number of purchase in terms of enjoying the subsidies.
2) You will be counted if you have bought the HDB under the following:
(a) Bought BTO/SBF
(b) Bought resale with grant
3) For 2(b), because the grant will only be dispersed once in a lifetime thus not easy to be mistaken.
4) For 2(a), if you had bought twice BTO/SBF, it means you had utilized all the subsidies provided by the govt.
5) Reverse by turning back the clock is impossible for today's technology. Thus you could only appeal based on compassionate ground.
