Dear all I have some queries in my mind. Recently I booked bto flat. Key collection period is around 2017 to 2018. I am planning to buy an hdb or DBSS resale flat from open market before I collect key for my BTO. I have few question in mind please help me to answer. Initially I thought of buying 2 + 1 room flat which is sufficient for our family but I am not sure if I could sell the flat after few years. It seems lots of buyers are interested in 4 room or 5 room flats. Please advise me which is easier to sell in future (3 rooms or 4 rooms). Moreover I am planning to buy flat in jurong west because the houses are very old in mature estates. Is it easy to sell flats in Jurong or better to buy in mature estates because I may need to sell the flat as soon as I collect the key? And advice hdb or dbss which is best to buy? thanks
