Hi Stanley,

Since you guys are legally married, she can't purchase HDB on her own and has to form a family nucleus to apply. Thus your name needs to be included, which means your condo has to be sold within 6 months of getting HDB. Is that something you will consider? Thanks and hope to discuss further.

As she is married to you, she can only purchase resale HDB flat under joint ownership with you. However, for that to take place, you will be required to sell away your private property within 6 months from key collection date.

1. sell you condo and purchase a hdb with her
2. she can buy another private condo by herself.
