Dear Gurus,
My husband and I bought our first 3rm HDB flat at Bishan in Jul 2005 under the ressale scheme and we are looking at selling it away and upgrade to an EM. At that pt in time when we bought the flat, we were told that we can only sell it when we have occupied it for 5 y. Can some1 enlighten us if this info is correct? Would appreciate it if we can have 1 agent to handle the sale of our flat and to secure a new EM. Thanks!
