why are there some landed properties which are strata titled? they are not cluster houses, or landed houses in condo development. usually no maintenance fees is required as well. they seem like normal interterrace houses.

Is such cases, are u still able to tear down and rebuild?

Hi,

Strata-titled means each of the owners in the group own a share in the piece of land the development stands on. Hence, tearing down and rebuilding it may not be so straight-forward.

Perhaps you could share with me further on the development?
