Not sure why your agent is willing to do a job when he or she is not being expected to be paid. If he or she is helping out of goodwill because of your tight budget, then he or she should not be expecting any payment. Hi,

I’m not sure why your agent is so confident that he be able to co share the commission with the seller agent as most of the HDB seller agent does not share commission with buyer agent.
