HDB will follow the court order instructions and prepare 2 cashier orders for the balance sale cash proceeds (if any), in the apportion as stated in the court order to your wife and you respectively. This cashier order will only be received upon successful sale completion. Has your current flat already fulfilled the MOP of 5 years? And is the final judgement court order already out?
