Good day gurus,
I currently own a 4RM HDB in jurong East St 21. If i sold it, estimated i will have 150K cash,CPF refunded will have 130K.Total monthly income with my wife is $46000.Have a gd record wth banks.Can i know roughly how much loan can i get frm bank? I would like to know if my current financial standing is able to purchase a condo unit as im looking for capital gain. Thanks.

Evening,

We need to make sure that you have your monthly income keyed in correctly. If it's $46k, you can easily buy almost any type of condo, less those high end condos. With $4600, you should be able to get around $400k loan, subjected to approval. Hence you can esaily purchase a unit of not more than $550k, factoring the stmap duty, legal fee, renovation cost and furnishing of your upcoming unit.
