Hi Slacko

Yes you are able to get a private property
as long as you fulfilled your HDB Minimum Occupation Period(MOP). Since you cleared your HDB you will be able to get a 80% loan depending on ur loan term & the age you will loan till.

Please kindly contact me @ 92700370  for any further enquiries
Thanks!

Hi there, as you currently have a HDB loan commitment, you loan for your second property will only be 60%, what that means is that you will have to fork out a greater cash/cpf upfront to secure a condo.

I hope for you to contact me so that I may advise the financial calculations for you to facilitate your decision making - to buy or not to buy or to sell an upgrade.

Evening,

Since you have cleared your current mortgage, you should be able to get 80% loan. However, you need to consider on your CPF minimum sum, the actual amount of loan you can get, based on your age, income, credit record and loan period. If you are SC or PR, by fulfilling the MOP, you are eligible to purchase your second property.
