26M Citizen, 51F PR, Mom and Son buyer
HFE Loan given max @ $280K, combined cpf $75K First time owners moving from HDB rental scheme. In HFE it says we may be eligible for
- CPF housing grant = 70K
- Enhanced CPF grant = 45K
Are we eligible for the said grants? Since we are co-applicants and not a couple or etc If so, it will bring our total budget to $465K? Can I say that this grants is true as it is quite complex application (SC SON + PR MOM) We are looking for buy a 3 room flat with lease that covers me till 95 so that the loan will be maximised and not pro-rated.
