Hello. Appreciate advice on how I could work with my agent to resolve my problem.

The seller refuses to move out of house after the 2 month period is up for the mutually agreed Temporary Extension of Stay and since i already paid my agent fee right after the 2nd HDB apptm, my agent doesn't care to resolve for me now as he knows the seller is very hard to work with - and gave up as well. So, he cannot negotiate with seller to move out after agreed period or tell seller that i don't agree with his request for further extension. Totally bochap liao.

Why does agent when they want your biz said they will support you all the way, but when they get their fee, they forgot what they promise, give excuse and avoid your call? What can i do with such agent? Thanks.

Hi, you could try to lodge a complain to CEA if you wish to.

Salesperson can only facilitate. As we are not law enforcers, should the seller still refuses to budge, there is nothing we can do. Since the seller is being nasty, you should get your legal team to work on evicting him out of the place. There is really nothing we can do, perhaps emotionally to support you and convey messages over. Read More

Good evening,

As per my previous response, contacting the police and evicting the ex-owners would be your best option since negotiating with them is not an option. By law, you are already the legal owner of the unit and the ex-owners are considered as trespassers.
