hello, I have recently sold my property in less than 24 hours. I suspect my agent is "collaborating" with the co-broking agent for their own advantage. The whole process is way too smooth to be a coincidence. I think my agent is not entirely upfront with me. How do I prove this?

Hi,
Check market rates against your selling price. But, this is very difficult to prove as there many coincidences occur.
