I renewed my lease agreement on 23rd Aug 2020 for the further period of 2 years commencing from 26th Sept 2020 and expiring on 25th Sept 2022. For this renewal I paid 1200 SGD as the brokerage fee to the agent.
Now I am moving out of Singapore in the end of July to pursue my career in Europe. I have informed to owner about this move in mid June.
I wanted to know if the half amount of the brokerage fee(600 SGD) is refundable considering that I am moving out of Singapore Republic.
