Hello, I wanted to know if the new condos coming up on Bedok Reservoir Road are a good investment. Do you see the property values there appreciating in the next couple of years. I am specifically asking about Waterfront Waves, Keys and Gold.

Hi Varun,

The Bedok Waterfront collection has been planned to maximize views and access to the reservoir. Marketed as a mid high end development, prices in the the projects have been increasing.
