I am SPR and eligible to buy EC which are older than 5 years. Hope if I buy such ECs, it will become private after next 5 years and I feel it would be the best for my money. Can you please advise whether any such condos are available in the market.

If capital appreciation potential is your priority, there are plenty of private condo project value-buys in the market right now which are worth consideration. May I understand your requirements such as preferred budget, sizing and location? And if for investment, your investment horizon? Thanks and hope to discuss further.

There are a couple of options you can consider. To be able to succinctly propose resale EC developments for your perusal, perhaps you can share more on your requirements ( preferred location, unit type etc). Hi Haroon, yes there are several resale EC for your selection. And the newest of all will be La Casa EC at Woodlands area. La Casa EC is around 6 years old and will be privatised in another 4 years time. Pls feel free to let me know if you wish to view or require any other assistance.
