Hello I would like to seek your advise. When i decided to sell
my flat, the agent got me a potential PR buyer and we went thru the 1st
appointment undersigning the clause agree by both parties, if the
billing comes before selling i will bear full the fees.. Like wise goes
to buyer. Knowing this, i have approach my MP to represent on mybehalf
requesting for assistance to get HDB to expedite the billing.
Unfortunately, HDB branch officer reply stated clearly that they cannot
accept any payment because my precint is still pending for billing .
Having this resulted to my buyer deciding to not proceed with the
completion neither did not he go to the lawyer office to settle all the
necessary paymment n paperwork. The buyer will not want to be present on
the actual completion day which is 3 days away.I am not consenting to
cancel this resale process. Because my new house 2nd appoint is already
schedule 10 days later. what should i do now?
