Morning,

If you are not agreeable to Exclusive agent, what about sole agent? You can have the option to sell it on your own too. To sell a unit fast, the deciding factor would be the unit's facing, condition and pricing.
As for the appropriate asking price, your land and built-in area will be a deciding factor.
Having too many agents to market a unit have it's cons. The agents would cut each others prices, during advertising, to attract buyers to view your unit, hence you might not get the right asking price. It also reduces the agent's interest to put in the best effort for you. This will indirectly affect the quality of the sales process.
