Afternoon Maviton,

No forking out cash meaning not to take out any of your current spare cash? Or not even the profit from the sales of your HDB unit? Have you fulfilled the MOP?
For your case, I would presume that you need the cash proceed from the sales, for the purchase. Hence it would be prudent to work out your profit, and the size and location of upcoming unit, which interest you. Working with banker to obtain the principle of approval would also help to piece the pictures together.

Do feel free to contact me for detail discussion.

Hi Mavition,

Do your maths right. Calculate your expected cash proceed, and estimate whether this is enough for your downpayment. Buying a condo using bank loan required minimum of 5% cash, if you eligible for 80% loan and your CPF is sufficient for the balance 15%.

Hope that I had answered your question.

Feel free to contact me if you need my assistance.

Thanks and Regards
