Hi Agents,
I am a singaporean female whereas my fiance is a malaysian work permit holder, about to get his S-pass soon.
Once we get married this year june, I will apply his LTVP.
However, we are unsure on the procedures of applying for a resale hdb from the open market.
Our budget is only for a 3 room flat due to our low salary cap.
What do you suggest?
