Hi all,
I'm looking to invest in a property but i am undecided between getting a HDB or a Condo. I am planning to rent out the property to earn extra income. I currently do not own any property and haven't own any hdb before. Which would be a better choice a HDB or a Condo? How strict are HDB inn the rental of a HDB flat which you have ot stayed for at least 5 years?

HDB or Condo? My own opinion if for me, I would go for Condo.
