Hi All, need some advice. We rented a condo for a year and after we moved out, the owner agent told us that there are leakage from the bath tub, common room and common toilet which cost $7k for the repair. Now the owner wanted to forfeit the deposit. Agent informed us to pay 1k. Is it our responsibility as tenant to pay for the repair cost when in fact during our time we didn't experienced water leakage? Who should bear the repair cost? Thanks and God bless!
