Is it possible to call of the TA and claim back the deposit and advance rental paid if the landlord has made hand written changes to the signed TA without informing or consulting with the tenant?
Can i still refuse to accept the TA & demand back the money paid, if the landlord eventually agreed to remove the above said clause? Because I've completely lost trust in the landlord and the place.
