Hi Paul, congrats on passing the CES certificate. With that on your hand, you are ready to start your career as property agent.

The questions now is which agency to start with?

Let's share my experience with you. I started property career as part timer while working full time. I chose a small agency with low joining fee. I end up disappointed with the manager and support they given to me.

I made a one big round and waste a lot of time struggling myself in the beginning. I regretted that i should have started with my current manager and agency.

Choosing a good and establish agency is important BUT your manager(also mentor) is the most VITAL whether you can excel in property line or being beaten out from this line.

Be confident in yourself, you can achieve anything when you belief you can!
