Hi all... will like to get some advice RE my home sale pls.
the story being... recently a couple had decided to buy my place @ $xK, and paid the deposit of $5K. at the same time they had signed the agreement. but suddenly they wanna us to give them 1 week to re-consider the deal, and had even stopped the payment for the deposit.
may i ask... in this scenario, what can i do to protect my interests... especially if they decided to call off the deal..?
