I am 53 and intending to buy my second 3 room BTO. My wife is housewife, no CPF. I assume if I sold my current flat, I have approximately 200k in my OA. Can some guru help me to calculate my financial capabilities, if I were to get loan from HDB again. And assuming that I still work until at least 65.

Is there any outstanding loan for your current place? How about your monthly income? The thing about applying for BTO the 2nd time is that it is very much out of your control in terms of whether will you be successful the 1st time round, and things may change along the way. Important part is to establish a baseline first and look into what are the options available on top of BTO 3 room flat. Do take note of resale levy payable too since it is going to be your 2nd BTO flat.
