Hi, Currently I have a 4 room HBD and have already booked a BTO (TOP 2nd qtr 2015), I want to know whether it is right time to sell the 4 room HDB before the resale prices drops crazily and stay in rental till I get my BTO in 2015. Thanks

what makes you think that prices will drop crazily.
anyway do not forget to consider that you need to pay resale levy of $40,000.

If your opinion is that resale prices will drop crazily, you should sell now. I am just curious of how is this opinion derived perhaps you may wish to share with us?

I would be more than happy to assist your sale. I am not too sure if you will be required to pay any resale levy since you have purchased a BTO unit.
