Hi,
I assume for the studio you are referring to a private condo. If thats the case, you have to wait out 30 months after selling the condo before you can apply for BTO 2/3rm again. You also have to remove ownership from your HDB 4rm (either by sale or transfer). Is that workable for you?
Otherwise, you might want to consider getting a smaller resale HDB unit. For this approach, you need not wait out 30 months after selling, and will only be required to sell/dispose (your studio and 4rm ownership) within 6 months after key collection to the next resale HDB.
