Hi, Currently I'm holding a full time job. However, I would like to take up a property agent licence. I intends to work as part-timer during weekday night time + weekend.
Please advise if it workable on the schedule? Also, how to proceed with the application of agent licensing?

Evening,

Beside the basic educational requirements, financial status background check, you are also required to take the RES Course and pass the RES exam. Once that is done, you are required to choose the agencies that you are keen to join into and take some in-house classes while waiting for your CEA license to be ready.
I have recruited new salesperson who are also into part-time salesperson job hence it's possible for you to do it as well.
