hi currently me and girlfriend rented a place at katong area. the rental is $1000 include PUB. contract is for 1 year and 2 month notice.
After just a month there, landlord said PUB is increase, which previous is 3 person now is 5 person.
How to solve this? is last time is $200 plus with rent it out to us how much is the guild in order to said that is increase a lot.
can please help me in this because we feel unfair
