Look for a few Senior and experience people that is willing to teach and make sure you are willing to learn . To have a chitchat session, to reflect on what you are good at ,and which direction are you more suitable for, to have a better understanding weather are you able to aline with the teams direction or an individual contributor . as you know the real estate is a very big pcs of pie , you seriously need to know which sector or direction to go before going towarsd that direction.
