Hi expert, I looking at punggol HDB. Current resale price is still on the high side, 4-room valuation come up to $320k-$360k. Yes, there is the upcoming punggol 21+. and property price will go up... So is it a good time to go in now? Worry that I will be buying high and later not profitable when selling it.
