hi follow up question on selling hdb.
Could u explain more on the joint cheque u mentioned when selling the hdb?
If i bought the house with my wife but Im the only one that paid for it with my cpf and cash will it still be under joint cheque when i decide to sell my hdb unit?

Yes, the cash proceeds will be in form of cheque of all owners if the flat is purchased under Joint-Tenancy. It does not matter who paid for the flat.
