Hi,
Formally I am an agent and have a contract with SPH. When selling my own properties the mobile number that I used already been subscribed under company's account. With disclosure of my mobile number my details easily obtainable from CEA website for public reference.
I have ceased my license and longer an agent since 31 Dec 2011 but not sure if my records still remain in CEA website.

As I already sold my property, I am now searching for a new house either for buying or renting.

I am terribly shocked as this is the second time an agent accused me of acting as a buyer and reminded me that all of us "agents" wanna earn a living? Why would I used the same mobile number that was already registered in CEA to sms/call them to act as a buyer?

My questions now if your profession is as housing agent, you will not be allowed to view/buy/rent properties marketed by other
agents? Must we tell them our positions as agents to buy or formerly an agent?

Please advise.
