An agent we engaged to help us with house hunting brought us to view a house, but we did not buy. A few weeks later, we now see that this particular house on propertyguru has decreased the asking price, and we are interested. we want to contact the seller's agent directly, but would it be ethical to do so since our engaged agent brought us to view the house initially? Keep in mind that this house is publicly listed on propertyguru, thanks.
