Hi,

If you have not used CPF OA to pay for your property, upon sale you need not refund any CPF or use sale proceeds to top-up to retirement account.

- You are not required to top up your Retirement Account (RA) with proceeds from the sale of your flat since CPF was not used for the purchase.
- However, you may voluntarily top up your RA to enjoy CPF LIFE payouts if you wish.
- Always ensure your Minimum Retirement Sum (MRS) is met to secure retirement income, though it doesn’t directly affect your property sale in this case.
