I believe the grant you are referring to is the EHG, where only 1st timer will be eligible. In your case, you are likely considered a 2nd timer given that you have enjoyed Singles Grant before, nevertheless, it is best to speak to HDB officer to find out more instead as we do not deal with BTO flat purchase directly from HDB.

Hi Merry,

1) You should apply under the senior scheme if you are 55 and above.
2) You could be eligible for the silver housing bonus if you use your sale proceeds to top up your RA. The amount is half of the amount you top up using the sale proceeds.
This can be used to pay for your purchase.
3) Since you had received grants for your last purchase. You are not eligible for any more grants for this purchase.
4) Your resale levy will be lower to be pro-rated according to the lease chosen.
