Hi Gurus, since HDB's less than 8 year old are asking for high price I am considering the option to go for little old resale HDB. Can someone advise me on what threshold i should be looking at if I have to re-sell the flat in 5 years time after purchase?

FYI - Interested in Bukit Merah district.

Afternoon Mac,

Younger units at Bt Merah are either in front of Redhill MRT or at Kim Tian. Other units are all relatively much older, at around 20+ to 30+ years. Purchase of resale units, that's near MRT, Malls and ammenities, yet quiet, would allow you to demand good prices. However, it takes time and patience to get such unit.
