Hi Guru, presently my HDB property is joined name under myself and my dad. And my new BTO flat is joined name with my spouse. Can I sell my existing flat using only my dad's name to avoid paying the levy? as my dad's name stated as occupier in new BTO flat.

Afternoon,

Was your name added to the current unit after your father had purchased it or was it done from the start? I do have experience where my clients (who had their names added to the unit after purchase) managed to sell the unit only under their parents name.
