Hi Gurus,

Do I need to pay agent commission if I want to continue my rental flat for another year after expiry of 1 year lease. Pls take note this time no service from Agent, just an extension of lease only. Now my agent is asking again half month rent + GST for the second year. Is it a must to give the said amount?
