I need to sell my HDB unit @ 2 Holland Avenue .Valuation around 390 k. 2nd floor.Some one suggest what shd be the current COV range.

Hi Alex,

With its close proximity to upcoming MRT and HV shopping area, we can try marketing higher at $40k to $50k COV.

Depending on the response, then we can adjust.
