hi gurus, i am buying a hdb flat. the seller wants to do contra. The deposit is 1k. Seller asking for two months to look for flat and another two months to stay in the same flat so he can renovate the one he is buying.
Two questions :
1) If seller regret or cannot buy a flat within two months, and want to cancel the transaction, what happen to the 1k deposit that i pay, and what compensation can i get from the seller ?
2) Assuming that everything is smooth and the sale transaction is successful. Now the seller stay there for two months and did not wish to move out after two months, what should i do.
